Easiest way to cook perfect rice every time. All you need is rice, water and a microwave safe dish! I find a casserole dish works well.
- Rinse 1 cup of rice to remove starch.
- Place in a microwave safe container with 2 cups of tap water (not hot).
- Microwave uncovered, on high for 18 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and allow to sit covered for a few minutes before serving.
